It’s officially been a year since the nationwide lockdown happened. Who would have guessed that a global pandemic would force all of us to go under quarantine, stop business as usual, and deal with all the changes that came with it?
Like every company, iLeap struggled to determine how to move forward. How could we even resume regular trainings when social distancing became the new norm and the COVID-19 virus could easily infect anyone?
However, despite all the uncertainty, anxiety, and struggles that the COVID-19 pandemic brought about, the iLeap team did what they did best: They rose to the challenge, adapted with agility and resilience, and thrived.
For the remainder of 2020, iLeap shifted to online training programs to adapt to the new normal. Not only that, but iLeap was the first training consultancy company to offer virtual teambuilding programs to companies! It was a period of transition for everyone, but it was one that allowed the company to finish the year conducting a total of 1,014 virtual training programs. Amazing!
During one month alone in August, iLeap ran sessions for 1,386 participants in 5 days. One of iLeap’s virtual sales mastery programs also helped a Fortune 500 company achieve more than 110% of their 202 sales target, too. Just the week before Christmas, 63 workshops were conducted for different companies. To add, iLeap also continued to run programs for international clients like Germany and Indonesia!
A few months into 2021, and we’re happy to say that we’re as committed as ever to being the best trusted learning and development partner of companies all around the globe. The pandemic may have come as a surprise to everyone, but because of it, iLeap has grown stronger, tougher, and smarter.
